What is happening? 

Independent Bank is enhancing the commercial Online Banking experience.

Introducing TreasuryONE – a single platform that can accommodate all of your banking needs, from direct deposit of payroll, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and more.

When?

Your current Online Banking session will be unavailable beginning at 5 pm on Friday, May 21, 2021. ...
Your current Online Banking session will be unavailable beginning at 5 pm on Friday, May 21, 2021. The new TreasuryONE site will launch on Monday, May 24, 2021, at 9 am.

Remote deposit capture will stay with the current service in May, so as not to overwhelm our customers moving everything at once. We will contact you to link this with Online Banking in June.

Will I be trained on the new site?

Yes. Our technical support team will begin reaching out to customers on April 26 to schedule ...
Yes. Our technical support team will begin reaching out to customers on April 26 to schedule training sessions. Each session will take approximately 30-60 minutes, and we recommend having your IT staff with you, or a user with computer administrator rights.

Will my log-in credentials change?

Your company ID and user ID will remain the same, however, your password or token code will change. ...
Your company ID and user ID will remain the same, however, your password or token code will change. Your new password will be provided to you in the mail.

Please watch for correspondence from Independent Bank. As of May 24, we will no longer be utilizing tokens for online security. We are very excited to offer our customers a Secure Browser environment. You will have access to all of your banking tools in an isolated online environment that is safe, even if your computer is compromised.

What do I do with my old token?

Please dispose of your old token. After 5 pm on Friday, May 21, these tokens will be deactivated ...
Please dispose of your old token. After 5 pm on Friday, May 21, these tokens will be deactivated and no longer utilized with Online Banking.

Please do not return these tokens to the bank, but dispose of them according to your entity’s policy on technology disposal.

What should I do to prepare?

If you currently use online templates for ACH, wire transfers, tax or child support, please save copies of those. When your training session is scheduled, we will review these items with you. Also, please have your IT staff ready to assist for the first few moments of your training session, so that they may assist with downloading the Secure Browser system.

Yes. Unfortunately, tax and child support payment templates, as well as your positive pay import templates will not transfer over from the old system to the new system. Do not worry – we are here to help. Our training team will help you rebuild these templates during your training prior to May 21. If you have questions after, we are here to help you, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (ET).
