What is happening?
Introducing TreasuryONE – a single platform that can accommodate all of your banking needs, from direct deposit of payroll, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and more.
Remote deposit capture will stay with the current service in May, so as not to overwhelm our customers moving everything at once. We will contact you to link this with Online Banking in June.
Will I be trained on the new site?

Please watch for correspondence from Independent Bank. As of May 24, we will no longer be utilizing tokens for online security. We are very excited to offer our customers a Secure Browser environment. You will have access to all of your banking tools in an isolated online environment that is safe, even if your computer is compromised.
What do I do with my old token?
Please do not return these tokens to the bank, but dispose of them according to your entity’s policy on technology disposal.
What should I do to prepare?
Is there anything that won’t transfer over from the old system to the new?
