Remote Deposit Capture

Independent Bank offers remote deposit capture (RDC) for its business banking clients. RDC is a process that allows any size business, non-profit, or municipality to deposit checks into a bank account without having to deliver actual checks to the bank.

Our RDC tool allows you to deposit checks anytime from your office or your home. Just scan the checks and then securely transmit the check images for deposit. The transaction and validation is fully automated. All you need is a computer, an Internet connection, and a scanner and you’re ready to get the advantage.

  1. Log into Business Online Banking.
  2. Under Reports, click Statements & Documents under Online documents.
  3. Then click View and Maintain Document Preferences to enroll in eNotices.
To Find eNotices Once Enrolled
  1. Log into Business Online Banking.
  2. Under Reports, click Statements & Documents under Online documents.
  3. Select the Notice option.

If you're already enrolled in eStatements, these will also now be available to view under the Online documents tab. Now you can view all your account information in one convenient and secure location.
