amortization calculator

This calculator will help you to find the amortization schedule on your loan or mortgage. To see an amortization schedule, just enter the principal balance, interest rate and terms in months below. Click the calculate button. To calculate a payment, enter the payment number and click the calculate button.

Irregular/periodic refers to the frequency of any extra payments you may make. For example, if you made an extra payment of $50 each month or twice a month it would be periodic. An example of an irregular payment is when you receive a one-time bonus or tax refund.

To use the snapshot feature, simply enter a payment number and select calculate to view what your principal balance would be for that particular payment.
