Jeff Clatterbaugh

I’m Jeff Clatterbaugh, VP, Area Sales Manager and mortgage loan officer with Independent Bank (NMLS #771002), based in Livonia, Michigan. I serve families and homebuyers throughout Metro Detroit, with a focus on the I-275 corridor, including Northville, Novi, Farmington Hills, Livonia, and Plymouth.

My career in real estate and finance spans more than 25 years, including owning a real estate investment company and leading sales training and development. That experience helps me break down complex situations, explain options clearly, and guide families toward a home financing plan that feels achievable and sustainable.

I’m particularly experienced with construction loans, renovation loans, jumbo financing, and other home loan options for buyers who are building, renovating, or moving into their next chapter. I’m an active member of the local community, involved with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation and the Optimist Club in Farmington Hills. Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two boys, a new grandpa, and recently married, family and community are at the heart of what I do.
