It's a free feature available through ONE Wallet Digital Banking that lets you view your Trans Union credit score, full credit report, and personalized tips—without impacting your score.
Is there a fee to use it?
Nope. This feature is completely free to all Independent Bank customers. There are no hidden charges, trials, or credit card requirements.
Will using this service impact my credit score?
Not at all. Checking your score uses a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit rating.
How often is my credit score updated?
Your credit score can be refreshed daily. Just log in to ONE Wallet Digital Banking and click “Refresh Score” to get the most current info.
Where does the credit score come from?
Your score is based on VantageScore 3.0, provided by TransUnion, one of the three major credit bureaus.
Can I see my full credit report?
Yes. You can view your full credit report, including open accounts, payment history, inquiries, and more—at no cost.
Can I receive alerts for changes to my credit?
Yes. You’ll receive real-time alerts about key changes, like new account openings, address changes, or hard inquiries—helping you spot errors or fraud quickly.
