With 25 years of experience in mortgage processing, closing, underwriting, training, and management, I understand the home loan process from every angle. I work with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, refinance customers, and investors, and I frequently assist with conventional loans, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo loans, refinancing, first-time homebuyer programs, and investment property loans. I especially enjoy partnering with first-time buyers who may feel nervous, have low down payment options, or unique situations, and helping them see that homeownership really can be within reach.
