I am a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Independent Bank (NMLS #607458) and have more than 20 years of residential mortgage lending experience. I work with homebuyers, homeowners, Realtors, and other trusted advisors throughout Northeast Ohio to provide financing solutions that help my clients achieve their homeownership goals.
My professional background includes accounting, finance, business leadership, and mortgage banking. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, I served as President of Endres Floral Company, a third-generation family business and one of Ohio's largest cut rose growers. This diverse experience provides me with a unique perspective on financial decision-making, problem solving, and customer service.
Known for my attention to detail and solution-oriented approach, I enjoy helping clients navigate complex financing scenarios and understand the options available to them. My goal is to provide clear communication, practical solutions, and a smooth lending experience from application through closing.
I am a graduate of The University of Akron with a degree in accounting and have been a resident of Summit County since 1988. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Summit County and am passionate about expanding access to homeownership opportunities throughout the community.
