New Positive Pay Experience FAQs

Answers to Common Questions About the New Positive Pay Expereince inside TreasuryONE

How do I contact TreasuryONE Support?
Call the TreasuryONE Helpdesk at 800.530.3719, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (ET).
Do I need to take any action before the new experience launches?

No enrollment or access changes are required. We recommend reviewing and making decisions on any pending Positive Pay activity by Thursday, August 6.

How do I access the new Positive Pay experience?

Log in to TreasuryONE as usual and select Positive Pay. You will use your existing TreasuryONE credentials, and no new enrollment or access setup is required.

Why does Positive Pay open in a new browser tab?

The new Positive Pay experience is securely connected to TreasuryONE through single sign-on. When you select Positive Pay, it will open in a new browser tab without requiring you to log in again.

When are Positive Pay decisions due?

All ACH and check exception decisions must be submitted by 12:00 pm (ET) on business days. Decisions may be reviewed or changed until the daily cutoff.

What happens if I do not make a decision by the deadline?

If an exception is not reviewed by the 12:00 pm (ET) cutoff, it will be handled according to your account’s default settings. Contact TreasuryONE Support if you are unsure how your account is currently set up.

How do I know my exception decision was submitted successfully?

After a decision is saved successfully, the item will move from the Decision Needed section to the Decisioned section.

Can I change a Positive Pay decision after I submit it?

Yes. You can review or change a decision until the 12:00 pm (ET) cutoff for that processing day. Decisions cannot be changed after the cutoff.

Where will I review my ACH and check exceptions?

Both ACH and check exceptions will be available through Quick Exception Processing, giving you one place to see items that require a decision and items that have already been reviewed.

Can I create authorization rules for ACH transactions?

Yes. You can create and manage ACH authorization rules, including setting a maximum allowable amount. Creating a rule does not automatically approve the current exception; you must still select Pay for that transaction.

Can I still upload or manually enter issued checks?

Yes. You can import an issued check file or manually enter issued checks in the new Positive Pay experience. A check issue file and corresponding file map must be established before importing.
