    Depending on the number of accounts the user has, and the related history, this can take a few minutes when enrolling. We initially load 90 days of history. Once the history has finished loading, subsequent updates consist of new information only so typically will take less time.

    When transactions are initially passed in Personal Finance from Online Banking, categories are assigned based on complex business logic. Customers can update categories at any time. Once the category has been modified, it will apply to future transactions matching that same logic.

    The categories in Personal Finance don't match those I am using in Online Banking.

    Categories in Online Banking do not get pulled in Personal Finance. The categories in Personal Finance tie into budgeting and spending features and related calculations.

    Same-day transactions (such as Point of Sale/Debit Card purchases and cash withdrawals) do not update immediately within Personal Finance. Updates are pushed numerous times during the business day, so, you may not see those until the next one.

    My other bank account balances don't match what I see when I log in directly to that site.

    Balances for other bank accounts are only updated once after nightly processing. Transactions occurring during the day will not display or affect balances until the following business day.

    This format assists when analyzing spending trends. The page is sortable by columns. If you wish to see transaction history for a single account, you can click on it from the accounts page/tab.
