With a variety of options available, making your loan payments is easy.

Making your loan payment with Independent Bank is easy. 

Simply choose one of the options below to get started.

 

FREE ways to pay your loan.

  1. Transfer funds from an Independent Bank account directly to your loan through ONE Wallet Online Banking. (If you don't already have an account with Independent Bank, view our checking account options and open one online.)
  2. Use Bill Pay to make your loan payment from your Independent Bank checking account or set up automatic payments through ONE Wallet Online Banking.
    • To set up automatic recurring payments from your Independent Bank account or another financial institution, visit your local branch, or contact our Customer Experience Hub at 800.355.0641 or click here to enroll in automatic payments.

Express Loan Pay

Same-Day Expedited Payment Option - $7 Fee

Need to make a last-minute loan payment? Avoid late fees with Independent Bank's Express Loan Pay!  Effective 9.15.21, the $7 fee for same-day expedited payments will be reinstated.

 

Note: Your account number now ends in 1. For example, if your account number was 12345 prior to 5.21.21, it is now 123451.

 

Make a One-Time Loan Payment

 

  1. Get started by making a same-day, one-time payment through Express Loan Pay:
    • Enter your payment information: loan number, last 4 of social security number or tax ID.
    • Enter your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
    • Enter your bank account information from the account which you would like the payment to be withdrawn.
    • Review and submit. After you submit the payment you’ll receive your confirmation reference ID.

You will also be required to answer a challenge question.  Please remember the challenge question field is case sensitive. If you enter a correct answer to your challenge question, a confirmation message will appear. You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click on the link and you will be directed to a change password page where you can create a new password.

If your first challenge question is answered incorrectly, a second randomly selected security question will be displayed.
