Independent Bank was recently named a BEST-IN-STATE bank by Forbes Magazine, coming in as the best bank headquartered in Michigan.
Forbes partnered with market research firm, Statista, to survey more than 25,000 customers throughout the United States. Customers were surveyed for their opinions on their current and previous banking relationships. Banks and credit unions were rated on overall recommendations and satisfactions, as well as five subcategories, including trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice. Nationwide financial institutions were excluded from the final rankings.
