higan-based community bank, announced that it has hired Kim Martin as Senior Vice President, Director of Internal Audit.
Ms. Martin brings 17 years of financial services experience, along with a background in manufacturing and a practicing CPA in a worldwide auditing and consulting firm. She earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Michigan State University.
She brings a wealth of knowledge to Independent Bank in the areas of audit, accounting, SEC and bank regulatory reporting, bank mergers/acquisitions, systems implementation, and tax.
