Scott Harris

Scott Harris joined Independent Bank in January 2024 and has 30 years of combined finance and commercial banking experience.   With offices in Oakland County and the Thumb, he strives to be a trusted advisor to the Middle Market business owners he serves.  Scott is adept in underwriting and managing complex M&A transactions, ESOPs, and creative in delivering growth capital financing.  He has expertise in a wide array of industries including  manufacturing, distribution, automotive, steel, real estate and professional service firms.  He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is a member of several chambers of commerce, ACG, SF Net and is a Board member and Finance Committee member of HAVEN of Oakland County.
