Justin Spyker

Justin Spyker is a Portage, MI native. He’s a seasoned commercial banker with 19 years of experience serving commercial clients in the Southwest Michigan market. He joins us from 1st Source Bank, where over the past decade he built and managed one of their largest commercial loan portfolios in the state of Michigan. His previous roles include business banking and commercial banking relationship manager, SBA lead, and commercial credit analyst. He has significant experience with commercial & industrial loans, commercial real estate loans, SBA underwriting and documentation, and treasury management. Justin truly enjoys helping clients and small business owners achieve their dreams and has many long-term client relationships that he’s built over his career. Justin is a graduate of Hope College with a B.A. in Business Management, where he was a standout golfer and earned MIAA Most Valuable Golfer honors several years in a row.
