Located along the Lakeshore, Jon joined Independent Bank in 2021 and has over 25 years of commercial lending experience. He specializes in manufacturing, C&I lending and commercial real estate. Jon graduated with a BBA from Grand Valley State University and completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking while earning his Wharton Leadership Certification. He is a former board member of the Tri-Cities Area Habitat for Humanity and the Grand Haven Bucs Boosters and is active in the American Legion (SAL). Married with three children, Jon lives, works, and volunteers in the community he serves.
