Chelsey Foster

Chelsey Foster has more than 20 years of experience in community development and banking, specializing in commercial and agricultural lending, brownfield redevelopment, and economic development programs. An Alma College graduate, he also completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds the Economic Development Finance Professional certification from Grow America. Chelsey is deeply committed to his community, serving on a number of volunteer boards and committees. He, his wife, and daughter reside in Hastings.
