At Independent Bank, we’re dedicated to serving the diverse needs of our customers. We offer customers the following convenient services to allow easy access to accounts:
New audio-enabled ATMs give blind or visually-impaired customers audible access to financial services through a compatible headset that plugs into an audio jack. Click here to access a list of audio-enabled Independent Bank ATMs or call customer service at 1.800.355.0641, available Monday-Saturday from 8 am-5 pm and Sunday from 10 am-8 pm (EST). Please check back periodically as we continue to update the list with new locations.
Deluxe guideline checks
We offer raised-line checks for the visually impaired. These checks are larger and have embossed guidelines that are easily felt. Raised-line checks are available in wallet or duplicate style and may be ordered like any other checks.
We are happy to read and explain appropriate materials to customers who would like assistance with products/services or with conducting transactions.
Deaf and hard of hearing customers can call 800.575.5534. Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5 pm and Sunday from 10 am-8 pm (EST).
