At Independent Bank, we’re dedicated to serving the diverse needs of our customers. We offer customers the following convenient services to allow easy access to accounts:

Talking ATMs
New audio-enabled ATMs give blind or visually-impaired customers audible access to financial services through a compatible headset that plugs into an audio jack. Click here to access a list of audio-enabled Independent Bank ATMs or call customer service at 1.800.355.0641, available Monday-Saturday from 8 am-5 pm and Sunday from 10 am-8 pm (EST). Please check back periodically as we continue to update the list with new locations.

Sight Check®
Harland Clarke offers Sight Check® for the visually impaired, a business-size check with large type and embossed lines for easy reading and check writing. For your convenience, a special register is automatically included at no charge. Available in duplicate only.

Reader services
We are happy to read and explain appropriate materials to customers who would like assistance with products/services or with conducting transactions.

TDD/TTY services
Deaf and hard of hearing customers can call 800.575.5534. Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5 pm  and Sunday from 10 am-8 pm (EST).
