Chelsey Carpenter has been with Independent Bank since 2002 and currently serves as Vice President of Community Banking. In her current role Chelsey focuses on business development, small business lending, and leadership to the seven branches she supervises. Chelsey is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. She also holds a Juris Doctorate from Cooley Law School.  Chelsey Resides in Bellevue where she is President of the DDA and participates in many local community events.
