Notice: All federal benefits will be paid electronically
•If you will apply for federal benefits on or after May 1, 2011, you will need to choose your preferred electronic payment option when you enroll to receive benefits from the Social Security Administration, Veterans Affairs, Railroad Retirement Board, Office of Personnel Management or Department of Labor (Black Lung).
•If you are already getting federal benefits payments by paper check, you will need to make the switch from paper benefit checks to electronic payments by March 1, 2013.
•If you do not choose an electronic payment option by March 1, 2013, or at the time you apply for federal benefits, you will receive your payments via the Direct Express® card so you will not experience any interruption in payment.
•If you are already receiving your federal benefit payments electronically, this change will not affect you.

Beginning July 18, when you log on to online bill pay, you’ll notice the site has been redesigned. The new look allows you to perform almost all of your tasks right from the home page. This includes the ability to:

- Easily add your payees
- Quickly find the information you are looking for – such as recent and scheduled payments
- And much more!

New balance pop-up field available

We are pleased to announce that a new balance pop-up field will be available to consumer electronic banking customers beginning Saturday, April 10, 2010. This pop-up will be available on the following screens:
- Accounts Overview
- Account Activity
- Account Information
How it works
When you click on an available balance amount, the balance details window will be displayed. The calculation will include any funds contributing to the available balance and total accessible balance.
