Liberty Checking
If you have direct deposit of your payroll, Social Security or recurring government check, this account will offer you unlimited check writing and pay interest on your checking balance. This account is also offered to customers with an automatic Independent Bank mortgage loan payment plan.
Peak Performance
This account earns a higher rate of interest on balances of $2,500 or more. If your account balance falls below $2,500, you will still enjoy a competitive interest rate. A maintenance fee of $8 is assessed when balance falls below $1,000.
Horizons Club
Unique to Independent Bank, the Horizons Club allows members to attend regular events and programs. It also offers exclusive trips and seminars and discounts with local merchants. In addition, Horizons Club members receive a competitive interest rate on their Independent Bank checking account and enjoy free Horizons Club checks, unlimited check writing, no per check charge and no monthly service charge.
