Independent Bank announces it has received the “Highest Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the North Central Region” from the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study*.
Independent Bank received the highest numerical score among retail banks in the North Central region in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study*. The study is based on 51,498 total responses; it measures 25 providers in the North Central region (IN, KY, MI, OH and WV) and measures opinions of consumers with their primary banking provider.
J.D. Power and Associates is a global marketing information services company that measures quality and satisfaction. The measurements are based on responses from millions of consumers annually. Proprietary study results are based on experiences and perceptions of consumers surveyed January-February, 2012.
