Independent Bank uses the latest mobile banking technology to ensure accounts and identities are safe and secure. Real-time access gives customers the freedom and flexibility to stay connected to their money.

With Independent Mobile*, customers can:

  • Check account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Locate branches and ATMs

To use mobile banking, an Independent Bank account with online banking is required. Once signed in to online banking, simply click on the Manage Mobile Banking Settings link to enroll.

Independent Bank also offers Classic Text banking service, which allows customers to check their balance for free from their cell phone or smart phone. An Independent Bank account with an ATM or debit card is required to use Classic Text Banking.
