We call it the ‘Eagle Experience,’ which means we listen closely to what our customers want and need. In our pursuit to impress every customer every day, every time, we have raised the bar on what customers should come to expect from our service.”
These new roles will enhance Independent Bank’s strong ties and relationships with its communities and its customers. “We’re rooted in our communities, and we root for our communities,” said Kessel. Independent Bank’s recent earnings release which reported a net income of $5.4 million for the third quarter 2012 reflects the positive momentum of the bank, and the recovering Michigan economy.
