Independent Bank is pleased to announce new enhancements to online banking that will make it easier than ever for customers to bank anytime, anywhere. The new design for online banking features:
•A new starting balance displayed on the accounts overview page followed by the available and current balances.
•A new mega menu which replaces most of the quick link options from the left navigation bar including e-statements and customer service options.
“Our goal is to make banking more convenient for our customers who are constantly on the go. We are re-designing the service to improve their online banking experience,” said Sandy Dine, Independent Bank’s deposit operations manager.

As part of the online banking enhancement this Spring, Independent Bank will be introducing eConnection, its new personalized banking center. It will allow customers to:
•Customize their online banking access.
•Create their own apps for quick and easy access to their information.
•Handle their most common tasks and transactions from a single page.
•Set real time debit card alerts.
•See the latest online banking news and announcements.
•And much more!
