If your ATM/VISA® check card is lost or stolen, just call one of the following numbers.

Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If you know your card number, you may use the automated system. If you don’t know your card number, a representative will be happy to help.

You may also visit any Independent Bank office to report your missing card. Our banking associates will assist you.
