Associates team up to raise money for local communities

Independent Bank offices statewide are supporting fundraising efforts in their communities simply by wearing casual clothes. During special “Casual Because We Care” days, associates dress casual for a day in return for making a small donation. The donations are used to help individuals in need or are given to local charities. As of November 2009, associates have raised over $12,200 in donations for communities in eastern Michigan.
