Independent Bank hosts Celebrate Michigan event May 2, 2008

On May 2, 2008, Independent Bank offices throughout the state will be celebrating Michigan with special gifts and promotions for customers.
With over 100 offices in the Lower Peninsula, Independent Bank is proud to celebrate the beauty and uniqueness within the great state of Michigan. “Our state has so many wonderful travel destinations and natural resources. With summer just around the corner, it seemed fitting to let our customers know there are so many great things to see and do right here in Michigan,” said Kelly A. Wolgamott assistant vice president, HPC marketing.
This special one-day event is being held to show appreciation for customers throughout the state of Michigan. The Celebrate Michigan event will feature gifts and promotions such as:
- 2008 Michigan Travel Ideas magazine provided by the Michigan Tourism department
- Michigan State Parks and Recreation Areas Maps provided by the DNR
- Associates will be handing out White Pine tree saplings
- Tell-A-Friend bookmark coupons highlighting Michigan facts and various events to attend over the summer will be available
- Coleman sleeping bags will be given to customers who open a checking account through June 12, 2008
In addition to the gifts and promotions listed above, customers can enter a drawing to win a 2008 Michigan State Park Motor Vehicle Permit.
