IONIA, Mich. — Independent Bank Corporation’s internal newsletter was recognized with a Gold PRoof Award from the West Michigan chapter of the Public Relations Society of America at a ceremony held on April 19 in Grand Rapids.
The newsletter, Independent Inside, was launched in July 2006 to provide information to associates located in more than 120 offices across the state. Copies of the newsletter are distributed to break rooms and a PDF version is posted to the corporate intranet.
The newsletter was honored in the Internal Communications/Newsletter category of the PRoof Awards.
